Little House on the Prairie: While returning home from a business trip, Charles and Jonathan run into former Winoka buddy Toby Noe, and Charles invites him to stay at his place temporarily. While Toby's spirited personality is initially a treat, he quickly wears out his welcome at the Ingalls house by eating all their food and exhibiting no signs of leaving in the near future. Toby is immediately smitten when he meets Amanda Cooper, a crotchety old spinster from Church, and despite her consistent refusals, he will stop at nothing to start a relationship with her. Does this unlikely romance have any kind of chance at all? Meanwhile, Laura is determined to attend an upcoming town dance with classmate Jason, but with each of them afraid to be completely upfront with their feelings, the prospects of a matchup aren't looking too good.
