Code Geass: The plan for the Special Administrative Region is underway and hordes of Elevens have gathered to register and to mark history. Zero later arrives at the official ceremony in style, to go and talk to Euphie privately. Lelouch is enraged at first, as his previously laid out plans are going to waste. However, Euphie surprises him by saying that she has given up her right to the throne and her family name so that she can be with him and Nunnally. Lelouch has no choice to but to accept defeat, when all of a sudden his geass evolves and activates permanently in his eye. What is about to occur can never be taken back.
