According to Jim: When Jim realizes that Cheryl has taken a strong interest in yoga with a male instructor she raves about, he becomes jealous and tries to figure what the hype is all about. He joins her class realizing he, too, enjoys moments of Zen with Cheryl. But peace and tranquility are replaced by rage as Jim and Cheryl take yoga classes behind each other's backs to escape the chaos of family life.
