Jack tells Gloria that he made sure that none of her e-mails will get through to the committee. Victor finds Nikki and asks why she's avoiding receiving a summons. Jack learns from Ben that the ethics committee have called a meeting to determine his ability to retain office. Brad gives Victor a heads up that he is requesting the court to be the guardian of the unborn fetus.
