Punky Brewster: Margaux's father Benjamin is the new owner of the apartment building, and he wants to raise Betty's rent by 60 percent. Afraid that she will not be able to afford this increase, Betty attempts to make an appeal, but it's going to require a lot of outside help if she and Cherie are to remain residents in their building.
