Punky Brewster: The newly released "Butter Lettuce Babies" are currently all the rage with little girls, and when Punky, Cherie, and Margaux decide that they simply must have them, Henry is elected to go out and buy them. Unfortunately, because the dolls are in such popular demand, Henry is only able to get one, so beginning a ferocious battle as the kids and adults try choosing which girl can have it. A decision is eventually reached, but as the lucky recipient experiences the wrath of her two best friends, she searches for a more reasonable solution.
