Casualty: Christmas Eve at Holby is the theme of Winter Wonderland and the Emergency Department staff are putting on a Christmas Party for a group of elderly people. Ruth is determined to make sure that her first Christmas with husband Edward goes off without a hitch, meanwhile Kirsty is struggling to cope with not only her feelings of guilt but is also struggling to work with Adam... Things are not easy for Mads either, she is feeling decidedly homesick but learns a few important things when she meets Lily, a patient in the Clinical Depression Unit.
