One Tree Hill: Karen returns home from her cooking class in Europe and as Keith and Lucas drive to pick her up from the airport, Keith's vehicle crashes into an oncoming car leaving Lucas fighting for his life. After seeing the accident, Dan rushes Lucas to the hospital and is forced to acknowledge Lucas as his son in order to let the doctors perform life-saving surgery. Meanwhile, Peyton debates whether or not to tell Brooke about the kiss she shared with Lucas at the hotel.
