In the near future, Earth finds itself under attack from the powerful and vicious terrorist organization Galactor, which is lead by S�sai X and his immediate human subordinate, Berg Katse. With its massive resources and advanced technology, the group seems overwhelming. However, the free world has a powerful defense with the superhero team Gatchaman. Organized by K�zabur� Nambu under the aegis of the International Science Organization and led by Ken Washio (�washi no Ken), it is determined to prevent Galactor from winning.
