After the drama of breaking a money laundering ring DOA in the original movie, Ken is ready to relax and enjoy life. Unfortunately his protege Vincent joins Interpol to track down the real head of the DOA, Ms Aoi. Vincent is soon in trouble and asks Ken for his help.
