When building a new house, the married couple Ingrid and Olav Femte meets unforeseen troubles an bureaucracy. Not only are the builders, which make all possible mistakes in the building process. The young family is for a start having trouble with the entrepreneur Kleppe, they also find every possible nightmare in dealing with police, neighbors and all kinds of authorities. A hilarious and classic Norwegian comedy, where close to all known Norwegian comic actors are having roles, some more then one, especially Rolf Wesenlund, playing several roles making troubles for the couple, ending the process in complete chaos.
