Charlie Baxter suffers a debilitating heart attack. Doctor Shockner, his upstairs neighbor, comes to his aid and treats him until he fully recovers. During Baxter�s recovery, he becomes aware of Shockner�s unorthodox experiments and the more horrific truth about how his life was saved. Baxter knows he must find a way to stop Shockner�s demented actions before the mad doctor kills again.
