Rachel's developing adolescent shape is a problem for her tutors at a top London ballet school based in the middle of a Royal Park. Michael, a local schoolboy, is struggling with his exams. Their chance encounter leads Michael on a mission into the seemingly rural environs of Rachel's school where adult analysis is all that counts. Filmed during the deer cull season, the film uses this oasis in the city to metaphorically reiterate the predicament and emotions of the characters.
