Salvatore dies in a car accident because he was too busy leering at a picture of his wife. Because he didn't make a will and he has no heirs, his brothers stand to inherit his entire fortune. Unless the wife (Edwige Fenech) can get pregnant right away, so that Salvatore will still be considered the father of the child.
