Born with an abnormally large set of teeth, Antonio loses his mother at an early age and is traumatized by childhood taunts. As an adult, Antonio's jealous and obsessive relationship with Mara leads to a fight where his teeth get smashed. Antonio searches everywhere for a dentist who can help mend his mouth and eventually comes upon a strange orthodontic discovery.
