He travels to South America, India and the US and finds evidence which complete goes against Coca-Cola’s image as a force for good. Such is the ill feeling toward the company, that a huge backlash from consumers has risen around the globe. How bad is it? Well, Thomas says “As if the company didn’t have enough on its plate, along came intriguing scenes at War on Want’s annual general meeting on 25 February. The charity’s council had decided to support the call for a boycott of Coca-Cola in protest at the killing by paramilitaries of workers at Coke bottling plants in Colombia…”. Then there’s the wage cuts, strikes and unfair working conditions.

Wilson confesses to Fred that he has been planning to run off to Las Vegas with Ellen, the woman he has been having an affair with, and Fred will be doing him a favor by getting rid of Nancy. But as the minutes tick by, Wilson cracks and agrees to give him the money. Fred make the first call to save Nancy. The clock starts ticking again, another 5 minutes, for Fred to collect the money and get out of the bank safely.
